Reguar orders, we need about 7-10 days for preparation and production. Normally all the orders not exceed two weeks. 

Most likely express, we will choose DHL, FedEx ,UPS etc, they will take about 5 or 6 days from Xiamen, China to your warehouse, also have faster level, like 3 or 4 days, but  freight is higher.

If bulk orders, we also choose by sea and by air if you like.

If the problem is due to the quality of Mosdan diamond product itself, We will make the compensation according to your actual loss and send you new replacement and even some payment refound, but not including the shipping cost.
