With copper or ceramic mixed in, the hybrid bond polishing pucks becomes stronger than resin bond tooling. Hybrid Polishing pucks are ideal for scratches removal after metals grinding steps before transiotion to resin diamond pads and greatly reducing polishing. Wet or dry use available.
