Regular orders, we need about 7-10 days for preparation and production. Normally all the orders not exceed two weeks.

Most likely Express, we will choose DHL, FedEx, UPS etc. They will take about 5 or 6 days from Xiamen, China to your warehouse , also have more faster level, lile 4 or 4 days , but freight is higer. 

If bulk orders, we also choose by sea and by air.

If the problem is due to the quality of Mosdan Polishing pads producti itself, we will make the compensation according to your actual loss and send you new replacement , even some payment refound, but not including the shipping cost .
